THE TEAM

GUY
Guy’s lifelong passion for food was sparked at just 8 years old, creating traditional French and Moroccan food at home with his mother and aunts. He then went on to study at cookery school in Paris were he was fortunate enough to accompany professional chefs into working kitchens in Paris.
Upon settling in Hong Kong and whilst managing his advertising agency, he met Sara Leung in Private kitchens where he mainly cooked tasty and colourful Mediterranean cuisine. Today, he wants to transmit this heritage and this know-how to Hong Kong children.

SARA
Sara has been developing and refining her cooking skill since she was 10. Starting with Cantonese food she went on to found a street food restaurant that served traditional Hong Kong food. She then went on to train as a chef and achieved the City & Guilds of London Institute Certificate.
Throughout her years of cooking she has developed a passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge of great cuisine. She has travelled all around the world, capturing stunning images of each culture and its cuisine. She channels this knowledge into her latest company “Sasa Loves kitchen”.

MOROCCO
Circus Kitchen’s world tour begins in the homeland of our chef, Morocco. In this course children will discover easy to access and tasty cuisine, consisting of: ten salads, the famous national dish, couscous and a vegetarian tagine.

Italian cuisine is the most renowned in the world. It is simple, generous and easy to cook. Throughout the month of August, we will teach the art of vegetarian anti-pastis and learn how to create pasta from scratch.
